Quality

Innovo was established in 2002, and the owner of the firm, Todd Ernst, brings fifteen years of experience in both new construction ans renovations and client relations to each project.  From the conceptual design stage to construction administration, Innovo is committed to providing you with personalized attention and quality work that meet your needs and exceed your expectations.  We can manage every facet of the design process, including materials and code consulting, construction review, historical registration, interior design, and site/master planning.

Diversity

For both commercial and residential clients, Innovo has had the opportunity to be involved with projects of widely-varied scales and scopes.  We have provided services for both new and renovated offices, hotel restorations and conversions, medical clinics, new and rehabilitated multi-family lots and apartments, a performing arts center, new school buildings, multi-building retail projects, dance clubs and restaurants as well as residential projects.

Integrity

Innovo believes in a hands-on approach.  The employees with whom you discuss the project will be the project architect(s) so you never have to worry about third party translations.  We listen carefully to your wants and needs to ensure that the design reflects your goals.  And we work diligently to deliver thoughtful, creative architectural concepts that are on time and value-engineered to ensure your expectations are exceeded and your budget isn’t.  If asked to handle construction administration, we take this aspect of our responsibility seriously.

Office/Corporate

A creative, adaptive reuse from a nearly vacant office building to a modern suites hotel, this renovation re-opened the beautiful windows and high ceilings on the lobby level. Converting the floors, 119 rooms were realized. The lightwell was reconfigured as an eight-story atrium, washing the hotel’s interior with natural light.
